Roasted Garlic Blue Cheese Burgers on Asiago Cheese bread

To roast the garlic take two bulbs of garlic, chop off the top 1/4 of the head and drizzle with olive oil. Put in foil and roast in a 400 degree oven for about 35 minutes or until soft and caramelized. After cooling, squeeze out garlic and mix with a little kosher salt and olive oil to form a paste.

To make the burger; make 3 oz patties (two for each burger) and spread half with roasted garlic and top with blue cheese crumbles.

Top with second patty and make sure it has a good seal so nothing will leak out.

Grill on a low flame until done.

Jim took one bite and said "it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth"!

  2. I'm going to try this as soon as I'm finished with HCG, it looks so good. Blue cheese makes EVERYTHING taste better in my opinion. My all time fav is steak and blue cheese quesadillas....yummmy!
