Caramel Chicken

Okay people.......you seriously must try this wonderful Bill Granger
recipe!  Everyone at my house went bonkers over it.  My husband
must have said "mmmm...this is great" at least 10 times while he
was eating his supper.

This is the first Bill Granger recipe I have tried and now I'm all excited
to try even more.  His recipes seem really simple in technique but don't
seem to lack in flavor at all.  I noticed he makes this same recipe except
using Salmon which would be amazing!  I'm going to have to try it really
soon!

Click here to get the recipe for Bill's Caramel Chicken
.

Bill suggests to serve with a steamed green vegetable such as broccoli,
snow peas or asparagus.  We are way into Korean food at our house so
we served ours with kimchi.  The spicy sourness of the kimchi went great
with the rich sweet sauce on the chicken.  Try it......I think you will
like it!!
