Mika's Deluxe Fish Sandwich

                                         ~No Recipe Required~

This is one of my easiest weeknight dinners.  I haven't
posted it before because I thought it was too simple.
Now I realize that other mom's like me may enjoy a fast
and tasty meal their families will LOVE!  My boys request
this sandwich often on the weekends they are home from
college.

First......the fish.  I have only ever used Gorton's Garlic
and Herb Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets.  They really
taste great but you do have to put two pieces together
as shown in the picture.  I cook them according to the
box and after the cooking time add sharp cheddar slices
to melt on top.
Next just assemble your sandwich.  We love toasted
jalapeno buns smeared with tartar sauce, then I put on
some of my "wicked pickles"  as well as some red onion
circles.   Add the cheese covered fish fillets and you
have an amazingly delicious sandwich!

No need to go out for a fish sandwich any longer.  They
are super easy and fun to make at home.  Try this next time
you are short on time and need something fast.  I bet your
family will love them as much as my family does!

  1. You may have taken the easy way on the fish, but you turned it into a spectacular looking sammy.
